Bösendorfer New York: the first exclusive Bösendorfer showroom outside of Vienna, Austria, where the legendary piano manufacturer was originally founded in 1828. Bösendorfer is the concert piano of choice for the discerning New York City Arts Community. Bösendorfer is the official piano at venues such as the famous Blue Note Jazz Club and Birdland - the Jazz Corner of the World and can be heard and seen at the Austrian Cultural Forum , the Goethe Institute on Fifth Avenue, in addition to a variety of other important venues. Just recently, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center was gifted with a Bösendorfer and the newest venue addition is the Bösendorfer Imperial Concert Grand at the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue . Bösendorfer New York is proud of its close relationship with the city's exceptional artists, visiting performers, emerging talent, and the many music connoisseurs.


Bösendorfer New York is in itself an active venue with weekly concerts in season, featuring Artist Salons from classical, jazz and crossover genres, as well as Lectures and Master Classes with a strong and steadily growing following among music lovers; the up-close and personal experience of the Bösendorfer piano, showcased by magnificent talent!



Bösendorfer New York, initiated by Gerhard Feldmann and realized by Lisa Feldmann is the only Bösendorfer location headed by a Bösendorfer Piano Maker and Concert Technician. Everyone in our team is thoroughly educated in the internal workings of the piano, especially of course the Bösendorfer.
